Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our warehouse in Estonia to the 27 countries of the European Union.

• Baltics & Finland: parcel locker (Omniva, DPD, Smartposti) or courier to your door, 1–4 business days.
• Rest of the EU: DPD courier to your door, 3–8 business days.
• Orders placed before 14:00 Estonian time on business days are usually dispatched the same day.
• Shipping costs depend on destination and order weight and are always shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping applies above a minimum order value for each region.
• All prices include VAT. There are no customs fees within the EU.
