How do I return a product? Email returns@giraffevolt.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you changed your mind: you pay return shipping
If the product is defective: we pay return shipping

What does the warranty cover? Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover:

Damage from misuse or improper installation
Normal wear and tear
Damage from power surges or external factors
