Please note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for non-EU), weather conditions, or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 14:00 EET (Estonian time) on business days are usually dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after 14:00 EET or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your shipment on the carrier's website

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Carriers we use:

  • DPD (primary carrier for most of Europe)
  • Omniva (Baltic countries and international)

Customs & Import Duties

Within the EU: No customs fees or import duties apply. All prices include VAT where applicable.

Norway, Switzerland & United Kingdom: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. GiraffeVolt has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you're concerned about potential fees.


Shipping Heavy Items (Wallbox Chargers)

Wallbox chargers and larger items have specific shipping considerations:

Typical package dimensions:

  • Portable charger: ~50 × 35 × 25 cm, 8-9 kg
  • Wallbox charger: ~50 × 40 × 25 cm, 10-15 kg

For orders over 20 kg or oversized items, additional shipping charges may apply. These will be calculated at checkout.


Delivery Issues

My package is delayed: First, check the tracking information. If your package hasn't moved for several days, contact us at support@giraffevolt.shop with your order number.

My package is damaged: If you receive a damaged package, please:

  1. Take photos of the damage (packaging and product)
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at support@giraffevolt.shop
  3. Keep all packaging materials

My package is lost: If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, or if your package has been in transit for longer than the estimated delivery time + 5 days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
