All orders ship from our warehouse in Estonia (Lehmja, Harju County, near Tallinn) with Omniva, DPD and Smartposti.

We currently deliver within Estonia. Delivery to other European countries is coming. If you are outside Estonia and would like to be told when we ship to you, email support@giraffevolt.shop.
All prices include Estonian VAT (24%).

Heavier items such as the TD1200 and TD2400 power stations are delivered by courier. The exact price is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Typical weights: solar lights under 1 kg · portable chargers and cables 3–4 kg · wall boxes 7–9 kg · portable power stations 4–7 kg · home backup power stations 16–24 kg.
Order processing
- Orders placed before 14:00 Estonian time on business days are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed later, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
- You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery issues
Delayed parcel: check your tracking link first. If your parcel hasn't moved for several days, email us with your order number and we'll follow up with the carrier.
Damaged parcel: please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, so we can resolve it quickly with the carrier. This does not affect your legal rights.
Lost parcel: if tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, or it's more than 5 days past the estimated delivery time, contact us and we'll investigate.
Returns
You can return any product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
- You changed your mind: you pay the return shipping. The easiest way is to send the parcel from any Omniva, DPD or Smartposti parcel locker.
- Faulty product, damaged in transit or wrong item: we pay the return shipping.
- Refund: we refund the product price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days, to your original payment method.
