Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from? All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Tallinn, Estonia. We use DPD and Omniva for deliveries across Europe.
Which countries do you deliver to? We ship to all EU member states, plus Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs depend on your location and order weight:
- Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): €4.95 (free over €79)
- Scandinavia (Finland, Sweden): €9.95 (free over €99)
- Central Europe (Germany, Poland, etc.): €12.95 (free over €99)
- Western Europe (France, Netherlands, etc.): €14.95 (free over €129)
- Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal): €17.95 (free over €149)
- Non-EU (Norway, Switzerland, UK): €24.95 (free over €199)

How long does delivery take? Estimated delivery times from our Estonia warehouse:
- Baltic countries: 1-2 business days
- Scandinavia: 2-5 business days
- Central & Western Europe: 3-6 business days
- Southern Europe: 5-7 business days
- Norway, Switzerland, UK: 6-10 business days
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also log into your account to check your order status.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
- EU countries: No customs fees. All prices include VAT.
- Norway, Switzerland, UK: Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering? Contact us at support@giraffevolt.shop as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update the address.
