800 Lumen Spotlight with a 5 m Panel Cable
About as bright as a 60 W bulb, aimed exactly where you want it. The solar panel sits on a 5 m cable, so the light can go under a porch, a carport or a shaded wall while the panel stays in the sun — the thing most cheap all-in-one solar lights get wrong.
Is This the Right One for You?
- Choose this for a doorway, a garden feature or a single parking space
- Choose the 1,200 lumen 3-head version to cover a wider area
- Choose a flood light for a driveway or a whole yard
Installation: Two Screws
Screw the light up, put the panel in the sun, connect the cable. No electrician and no mains connection. The saving that matters is not the few euros a year on your bill — it is the €200–600 an electrician would charge to get power out there.
Questions People Ask
Does it switch on automatically?
Yes, at dusk, and the remote handles brightness, modes and a timer.
Can the panel go somewhere sunnier than the light?
Yes — that is what the 5 m cable is for.
Does it work in the rain?
Yes, IP65: built for permanent outdoor use in rain and snow.
How bright is 800 lumens?
Roughly a 60 W bulb. Plenty for a doorway or a garden corner; for a driveway, step up to a flood light.
Does it work in an Estonian winter?
From spring to autumn a sunny day charges it fully. In December Estonia gets about six hours of mostly overcast daylight, so from November to January use the remote to set a short timer and a lower brightness. The 5 m cable helps here: put the panel in the sunniest south-facing spot, tilted steeply, and keep snow off it.
